Our Products
I cannot find the style, color or size I’m looking for.
The colors and sizes available in the online shop reflect what we currently have in stock at the moment. We might re-stock popular products, or have them available at a future date or we might be able to find it our warehouse. Please contact us and we’ll have a look. A member of our team will get back to you within 48 hours.
How do I find the right size?
Sizing information and tips are listed on each product page under “Additional Information” with shirt measurements and tips for fit.

I love your shirts. Do you offer them in men and children sizes?
Shirt sizes currently range from an adult small up to an adult 4x. Currently, we do not offer sizes for men or children. Note: The Love Out Loud and Jersey Tank collections are unisex fit. Please check the description on the product page prior to ordering. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to receive updates about men and children availability in the future.
Orders & Delivery
I live outside of the U.S. How do I order items?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. Please be sure to sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date regarding international shipping availability.
How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive an email once your order has shipped out. If you need to reach us, send us an email and we will get back with you within 24 hours.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We work quickly to fulfill orders. If there’s an error, please contact us about it immediately. While we cannot easily cancel or change an order once it has been placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request. You are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Returns Policy once your order has been delivered to you.
How are bulk orders or special requests handled?
If you have a special request, girl’s trip, bridal shower, conference, or any other activity requiring an order of 7 or more shirts, you may reach us at info@LoveTheTenYoureIn.com.
Payment
What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via PayPal.
Do you offer gift cards/gift certificates?
Not at this time.
Who should I contact if I have trouble with my payment?
To help protect your account, PayPal uses a complex screening process for credit card payments. This helps prevent lost or stolen cards from being used for unauthorized transactions. On rare occasions, the screening process affects valid cards.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Love the Ten You’re In offers an Electronic Gift Card for your return. We do not offer exchanges or refunds.
